You have your own private suite with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel room, including a full bathroom. I appreciated that you’re free to customize how you spend your hour based on the therapies that interest you. The red light therapy bed is limited to a 15 minute session, and the PEMF mat runs for 8 minutes, but otherwise you can tailor the experience to your preferences. Since it was my first visit, I wanted to sample a little bit of everything.Unfortunately, when I went to use the PEMF mat, it displayed a low battery warning and wouldn’t operate. I spent about 10 minutes trying to see if I could plug it in or use the attachment for a specific body part instead, but wasn’t able to get it working. That was the only disappointment during an otherwise excellent experience. Had all of the equipment been functioning properly, I would have gladly given this experience 5 stars.

I love that she constantly changes things up, so it never feels repetitive. The variety of poses she includes is much better than other classes I've taken, and it really provides a great challenge. I just wish the strength and cardio classes next door were scheduled at a later time so they didn’t overlap with yoga. The music can be distracting when you’re trying to meditate.

Amber was easy to follow, introduced herself and was extremely kind and warm. The space feels loved and cared for. I’m always greeted with a smile, and everyone is incredibly kind, courteous, and friendly. It really makes such a difference and creates such a positive atmosphere before you even step into class. Lex is my absolute favorite instructor. I genuinely love everything about her — her personality, her energy, her work ethic, her playlists, and the way she pushes you to challenge yourself while still making class feel fun and motivating. As a postpartum mom, she completely revitalized my love for working out and helped me feel excited about fitness again, which means so much to me. She is truly an absolute gem. I take two of her classes every week, and they are consistently the highlight of my workout routine. I always leave feeling stronger, energized, and so glad I came. Hana made me feel welcome immediately and took my current body status (postpartum c section recovery) into account while curating the class and giving excellent (with consent) hands on adjustments.
