You definitely can hear everyone coming in and out as other reviews say, but it didn’t bother me much at all, I just turned on some meditation music and focused on that. It’s definitely a splurge, but one I would say is absolutely worth it. Seemed to be extremely helpful with relieving my migraine as well as sore and achey muscles.

The staff are so helpful and this place gives water complimentary compared to another sauna place. Just a touch of quality care for their clients. I love this place so much. The sauna was a lot more hotter than the other one I did. Not to say Drip Box isn’t a great expereince, it IS! But that is a difference I saw. I do love that MEND has robes too. Definitely recommend trying the Infrared Sauna💯
