Hyunyoung was very patient with me as I was new to the class. I am pretty flexible but I was amazed with the deep stretch in my hips and hamstrings. I love that she corrects my posture to deepen the stretches. They normally end the class with backward arches/handstands and that's exactly my goal!

Lots of focus on breath and intentional muscle use. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I was able to do some strengthening. Highly recommend if you are hyper mobile or conversely have a stiff back. I will be returning.

This studio is the only studio I’ve learned the 8 limbs of yoga—movement being only one portion. I think it’s important to come to this studio knowing that because it might be off putting of just a bit surprising to go into the class thinking it’s it’s a movement sequence when it’s also deeply meditative and the other aspects of yoga are included. I will definitely be coming back to learn more about yoga ☺️🙏
