alle beoordelingen weergevenI started yoga because it practices to listen to your body and take breaks when needed but he often preaches about not drinking water, pushing through instead of taking a break, and not wiping the sweat off because it’ll come right back (even if it’s dripping into your nose, ears, eyes). I think he could be more mindful that people have differences in their abilities and comfort. When I take a break that’s good for my chronic pain and a great sign that I’m managing my anxiety by allowing myself a moment. That being said, Nathaniel is otherwise an amazing and creative instructor. I would continue coming to his class no matter what he said

Deborah created a welcoming atmosphere for practitioners of all abilities. Her thoughtful sequencing and clear instructions allowed everyone to engage fully, regardless of their skill level. I left feeling rejuvenated and empowered. I highly recommend Deborah's classes and will certainly return for more sessions!

Fleur used to incorporate some foam roller things but mighty lost her talents as mighty seems to do. Robin is incredibly knowledgeable & taught an incredibly beneficial class. I really hope this will be promoted for the incredibly unique and special total body health class that it is- and offered more than just once a week.

There are so many wonderful teachers and I have a list of favorites for various purposes. Her classes are so unique and sometimes almost feel a bit like PT and yoga combined. She has a solid understanding of the body and will have you do things youve likely never done before in a yoga class. She loves props and so do I and I always learn something new in her class. She’s calm, soothing, grounding, has an amazing voice and energy and her classes will challenge you in a very unique way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I typically seek the hard core ones not realizing what I needed was Jeri’s class! This class was rhythmic and energetic and self - affirming and even goofy at times but I LOVED EBERY MINUTE OF IT! I also forgot to ask Jeri for her playlist! The cherry on top was the intimate studio situated right next to the beach where you can just feel the fresh beach air seeping through. Great studio.

The only problem is it was very hot, I believe the a/c was turned on but it didn’t seem to kick in. Overall, great class but it wasn’t a yin or restorative class as it said in the description. We did do yin poses and they were held for a longer time but it wasn’t yin. I still recommend this studio and Lauren. Great energy, great space. And my apologies for the disruption at the end.
