This class was very relaxing and I really enjoyed all the stretches and poses, especially when the instructor would come around and help push us deeper into the stretch. It does say this class is 85 degrees, but to me it did not feel warm at all.

I was a bit overwhelmed at first because it felt like I was interrupting a clique being a new client but during the class that melted away. Bridget was super kind and checked my form to make sure I was doing the movement correctly. Class was at a slower pace but still very effective (small group of 4) and I’m sure I will be feeling muscles I didn’t know existed tomorrow. Thanks! Parking is a bit confusing but you can either park on the street or surrounding businesses, there’s no designated lot.

Olga was great, her class was just what I needed to push myself to stretch new parts of my body. She gave great instruction and encouragement as well. The facility is clean, calming, quiet, and beautifully decorated.

I used to have a membership at Club Pilates years ago and from what I remember , this place surpasses that one in the time they take with you and the variety of exercises and tools they offer.

Its difficult so be prepared, but very rewarding once you finish. Jennifer was also so nice and attentive to everyone in the class. I will definitely be back !

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was a great class! The instructor and front desk gal were so welcoming. The studio entrance is very organized and nice with the weights and other equipment. I especially loved the chart showing what equipment was needed for the day. The instructor was good at correcting form when needed, and I even saw her check in on someone before class who was regretting not having breakfast yet because she realized she needed the extra energy. She gave her a healthy snack to give her that needed energy boost. 💛💪 Proper nutrition is fuel for our body, so loved that this was a small, but meaningful way to convey that, too.
