alle beoordelingen weergevenJack is amazing! Great class for taking care of your body, loved the hip work in particular ❤️. However, the class isn’t very intense (didn’t even break a sweat) despite having the strongest resistance option, so I would say the name ”Strength” for the class is a bit misleading.
