Fallon is a strong instructor, she provided clear instructions and was very welcoming considering it was 5:45 am. I have a membership at Pilates Platinum and attend Solid Core if I am in a city offering SC. That being said today was my first time using bands in a reformer class, we also did some hamstring work that was a first for me. I really appreciate formats that work to keep it fresh. I should mention the stretch was thorough and effective. I’ll definitely come again when I am in the San Diego area. A+
