alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was WORK but nothing to shy away from! There was a mix of Beg/Int and it consisted of working on small and bigger muscle groups. Samira’s instructions were straightforward and she provided assistance/alternatives for more complex or strenuous exercises. The studio is a hole in the wall but a good size and intimate. I certainly enjoyed the challenge and workout! ✨
