She allocated time for stretching at the end of the class which I feel alot of instructors often skip. I will be back for sure.Thank you girl 💗! The extra efforts made by the studio and Purva herself - from weighted eye masks, blankets, energy cards and even a gorgeous scented balm to calm the senses - really made the class one of a kind for me. And of course, she is very skilled with the sound healing instruments, which is the main thing. I’m already looking forward to next time!

I feel the people in the class support each other! It’s was amazing experience! I will give you one suggestion after the class end I was wanted to stay little bit at the balcony and some one from India staff he come to me start to tell me like you can’t stay there and he grab my staff he might be don’t know it’s my staff I was keep my water and some other staff this is okay but I don’t want any staff come to me and tell me what I have to do when I pay money for the class, I was feeling very hot so I need stay 5 miners on the balcony. It’s will be really appreciate if you tell that Indian guy don’t put me rules what to do and don’t touch personal staff while I m here on same room. Overall the class was amazing! And the atmosphere are fantastic! I really enjoyed the teacher and the people in the class this place always welcomed to everyone and I been there two times I really enjoyed! I will be back again! Atmosphere amazing the teachers really nice they ar every generous they have some staff for boxing and they share it to me it’s was very kind. I will be give 5 start to this place 💕

Her approach helps wake up these muscles and build proper muscle memory. I always leave the class feeling stronger and more aware of my body. I highly recommend her classes.

However, the staff were absolutely lovely and let me use the entire gym for as long as I wanted ! They’ve got all the amenities needed including a prayer room, shower products, water coolers, and hair dryers. Only thing I had to bring with me was a towel and my skincare !
