Parking was relatively straightforward, though I'm unsure how it would be in the evenings. The session lasted 55 minutes, and it was a solid workout. It wasn't easy, but it was definitely challenging. There were some exercises I struggled with due to my strength level, but I pushed through. Don't be fooled by the cute pastel props—they can be quite tough! 😆 With only four participants in the class, the instructor was able to focus on each of us. I would consider returning if their schedule works for me.

She ensures everyone is following her instructions and practising the correct posture. Chelsea makes everyone feel welcomed and included. My most favourite part of the session is receiving Reiki at the end with a hint of lavender oil and relaxing with the vibrations of the gong in the environment. By far, this is my most favourite yoga class. Thank you!
