I have been attending Soleil for a few months in between reformer classes at another studio and I am in love with Soleil. Being a Dayton native, I am so happy to see more businesses develop downtown and love that Soleil is a black-owned business! The owner is so sweet and personable! I routinely take classes with Maddie and she is an incredible instructor. She offers detailed steps regarding the movements, provides modifications, and challenges! She is also extremely supportive and encouraging! I have taken classes by both Maddie and Nicolay at the other studio I attend and they are beyond knowledgeable and professional at all times. I would highly encourage that you take classes with various instructors to find the instructor who best serves your fitness needs! Soleil is perfect for a challenge if you are more familiar with reformer and ready to venture into mat pilates but also great for individuals new to pilates and want to learn the foundations đź–¤

alle beoordelingen weergevenKiller strength workout! It was similar to a strength mat Pilates class with weights and little to no rest. 45 minutes was the perfect amount of time. I’ll be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI was new to the jump Pilates experience, but she was so kind, helpful and informative in directing me. She also was super kind and didn’t make me feel weird as a banged the reformer multiple times while trying to get the hang of the jump motion lol. Overall I really enjoyed the class and she (along with the other classmates who were pretty good at it) motivated me to go back and try it again to get better at it! Great class and a very affective workout!

I needed to buy grip socks but I did not have my credit card with me, only Apple Pay and cash and the lady in the front bought the socks for me before I could even prove that I would pay her, and when my Venmo didn’t work she told me not to worry about it. I eventually did pay her back with cash, but she didn’t even know I was going to. But I just thought that was really kind.
