Really enjoyed calming sounds Mel incorporated during shavassana. People are welcoming and upbeat. Room is spacious and comfortable. Will definitely go back. Namaste.

They have small bottles of water, which was really nice because I left my water bottle in my car and didn’t have time to get it. It was also such a good workout — not too sweaty but intense — I know I’m going to be so sore tomorrow. I’m only in town for a week, but I will definitely be booking another class before I leave!
