In hot yoga I struggle with staying relaxed bc it’s so hot but I appreciated the reminder. Fav teacher I’ve been to and excited for more classes :D

Another more experienced classmate showed me how to modify (she could tell I was a newbie - thank you April! :). …) so that was really helpful! Hint: It is okay to hold on to the barre while doing some fancy trampoline footwork. I not the most coordinated person so that was helpful to me. Another fun Class Pass experience! Will go back!

My arms were sore but being there makes you feel motivated to push yourself in such a great way which is what I needed. I took this class last minute and I plan to continue taking classes here :)

The group workouts are always amazing and always left me just the right amount of sore. They really help you make sure your form is the best it can be and push you to challenge yourself! They also will modify the workouts for you if there are any injuries or if the exercise is just a little over your ability. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed into this gym!! 💛💛💛
