Love this class, small groups so the instructor really takes the time to correct everyone’s form. The shower/changing room facilities are big and clean. Only thing is the class seems to overrun so would be better if it started at 12:20 so it finishes on time

I did the prenatal pilates class and Karen is an amazing instructor. She spends time with each individual to adjust their posture and make sure they're using the right form. The music was lovely and soothing. I'd definitely recommend her classes!

The receptionist was friendly, class was good. Xiomara took the effort to check in with each students and make sure she’s aware of the injuries as well as experience. The equipment needs a little love. But overall it was a nice experience. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to give this place a try.
