I had classmates who were not that flexible which made me feel better as a newbie. Joed was so helpful and friendly! We did drills and tried poses towards the end of class. I am definitely booking again!

She made sure everyone could follow the tricks and was kind enough to spot us, ensuring we wouldn’t fall off. I’ll definitely be back!
