alle beoordelingen weergevenI went for the 30 minute massage and it was a 10/10 Wonderful experience. She was kind, tender, and very well versed. I came in for sudden shoulder/neck pain that was just taking me out! I told her the area and for 30 minutes she almost put all her effort into unwrinkling my body. she got so many knots out of my back that my back felt flatter after. After her session I could turn my neck and lay down with a lot less pain. She was attentive, and made sure I was informed the whole way through. My favorite part was at the end she asked “is there any last things”. So in the end I nearly got back to 100% and I’m sure if I went for an hour I’d be golden. She also gave me some suggestions for stretches that will help me with my pain! I would highly recommend. 10/10

We were greeted, asked if we had appointments, and asked to sit down and wait. From the interaction, confusion was apparent. The owner came and my husband asked if we could be seen at the same time, the owner said yes. Our names were on the books. We were both seen together in a couple room. Our massages were good. The woman who performed our massages worked very hard and we appreciated their efforts. At the conclusion of our massage, the owner said we needed to pay. I told her we booked through ClassPass and both bookings were confirmed. The owner said that we needed to pay and be reimbursed by ClassPass because she hadn’t been paid by ClassPass. I used my husband’s phone to text ClassPass to inform them of the situation. The owner eventually agreed to wait on her payment from ClassPass, and we were able to leave. I am not sure if us coming together caused the issue, but it was definitely awkward.
