She took the time to really focus on them during the massage. First time doing cupping and it brought so much relief for the tension in my shoulders. I was recommended some stretching to do and went home with a water bottle and a piece of dark chocolate. Super professional and kind! I loved this experience!!

From the moment I arrived, he took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and offered thoughtful options tailored to my needs. He also provided helpful guidance and tutorials on proper stretching techniques, which I truly appreciated. The chiropractic adjustment itself was incredible—my spine felt immediate relief, and the tension in my neck, shoulders, and back significantly improved. Before my visit, I was experiencing tingling in my fingers, but now, six hours later, I haven’t felt any symptoms at all. That alone speaks volumes.
