alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a great teacher and such a fun and thoughtful class. We focused on the hamstrings today and slowly over an hour when through a series of different poses to find more opening. So rare to get that much attention to detail in a yoga class.

She started the session with playing singing bowls (she really knew what she’s doing - it was great too) and taught an amazing flow afterwards. Somehow it felt so gentle and dynamic at the same time! I didn’t go to a class like that for a while now and lemme tell you, it was an amazing way to start my Saturday. She corrected my postures when needed after asking me permission to do it - I will really take those corrections with me! Thank you! I’ll follow her from now and am looking forward to take more of her classes!!

Everyone was so welcoming - including the other women in the class. I felt fully confident that the rigging could take my weight and was so excited to be able to fully participate in the class. Aileen was a great instructor and kept checking in on me and gave me adjustments. I will def be back to get stronger!
