She always takes a lot of care to set a tone of intention and makes sure everyone in the class knows they can always do whatever feels right for them. She encourages us and gently corrects when we need and I have felt a huge transformation in my confidence.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed this Inferno Hot Pilates class! I loved that we started by setting an intention—it was a great way to ease into class. The instructor made it welcoming for all levels, encouraged modifications when needed, and demonstrated them throughout the class. The flow was great, with just enough recovery while she explained the next movement. I got an amazing workout and definitely worked up a sweat. Ending with Savasana and a cold lavender towel was the perfect finish. There’s also a bathroom with a shower, which was a huge plus after such a sweaty class. I’ll definitely be back!
