Because it was challenging (in a good way) and I felt muscles I never knew existed shaking and burning, lol. Instructor Ysabel greeted me at the front, asked good questions like, âis this your first time & do you have any injuries?â Ysabel explained to me how to use the equipment and constantly corrected me on my form in class. I love how the instructor really focused on form and gave a modification option as well.

alle beoordelingen weergevenVery challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that itâs only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know itâs not going to last forever. My one thing is Iâd prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isnât rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!
