alle beoordelingen weergevenI enjoyed today’s class with Jacquelin, she heard my concerns about my recovery from sciatica and included some stretches that helped to open the lower back. The heat and humidity felt really good to sweat off a lot of toxins. The front desk was nice during check in and the instructor showed me around the facility. Space was clean and organized. Definitely will be making a comeback!

I also like that she has an athletic and soft personality, sometimes I get overwhelmed by the yelling from other coaches but today I felt rejuvenated after! thank you I will be coming back.
