I was not in the mood to go cycling this morning, didnât sleep well and was super tired, but she was so positive, so joy-focused, and provided plenty of adjustments both for people who wanted to go harder and for those who were having trouble keeping up. Because it was challenging (in a good way) and I felt muscles I never knew existed shaking and burning, lol. Instructor Ysabel greeted me at the front, asked good questions like, âis this your first time & do you have any injuries?â Ysabel explained to me how to use the equipment and constantly corrected me on my form in class. I love how the instructor really focused on form and gave a modification option as well.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI enjoyed todayâs class with Jacquelin, she heard my concerns about my recovery from sciatica and included some stretches that helped to open the lower back. The heat and humidity felt really good to sweat off a lot of toxins. The front desk was nice during check in and the instructor showed me around the facility. Space was clean and organized. Definitely will be making a comeback!

I made it to the end and felt mighty accomplished. Happy to report the low impact claim seems real too as I woke up feeling equally great the next morning.

I wasnât the only one either. Since it looked like there were a lot of regulars you could depend on them to help guide you when you couldnât hear her. That said the energy in the room was great, the heat felt great, and the music was fun.
