He was incredibly diligent and efficient with his time, and I left the massage feeling extra flexible and relaxed! I also appreciated the fact that he gave me some areas to focus on when it comes to stretching my body moving forward!

I spent a few hours with them and did red light vibration therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and this crazy machine called PEMF that sent magnetic currents into my lower back and I woke up for the first time in years without my back pain! Definitely going to go back and might even just get their unlimited monthly membership. They also showed me their gym next door which is state of the art.
