She’d suggest modifications either if it’s too hard or if you want more of a challenge, so all levels can benefit. This was the 6:30am class which I definitely enjoyed despite not being a morning person!

alle beoordelingen weergeven1st barre class, 1st heated class, & 1st class at this studio & it was great! Kerrie was nice, welcoming, & a great teacher. She encouraged us to push ourselves but to also listen to our body and know when we needed to take a moment. I don’t do a lot of cardio and found this class to be challenging but doable.The cold towel at the end was amazing. Playlist was great. We worked out every part of our body. I was worried about taking a heated class but it wasn’t bad at all. The temperature was just warm enough. My feedback would be to add more bars (maybe rolling ones since there isn’t a ton of empty wall space) because it did feel like everyone was very close together & to ask everyone to wipe down the props/items used at the end.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI had a wonderful experience at this studio. The front desk staff and the instructor were very calm, peaceful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

They have a good story arc with some heat in the middle and the right balance of stretch, balance, challenge and finding mental stillness. The only thing that would make it better is if it started at 5:45 pm instead of 5:30, as it’s really challenging for me to leave work early enough to get to class on time. 🙏

First half of class was vinyasa style and included all the basic yoga poses and then the second half was more of stretching and holding each pose for 3-5 min. This is a good class for all levels.

This is a veryyy slow class, each pose was held for about 10 minutes. The class was very focused on your breathing techniques and mindfulness. I appreciate the way Jewels walked us through everything and she didn’t just leave us there to fall asleep. Being in the salt room was definitely the best part of it all. I don’t think this type of class is for everyone but I do recommend everyone to experience the salt room at least once

All the classes are fantastic, and so attuned to students' needs. Every teacher makes a point to ask about injuries and offers modifications. Thankfully they had blankets because it was freezing! The crystal bowls were so nice. personally, I’m not a fan of speaking or singing in a soundbath. I find I can’t really relax or let my mind drift when I’m being cued. I’d give it a higher rating if it only had speaking at the beginning or none at all.
