For more complex moves, she go over them step by step before the start of the song. She also mixes up the intensity throughout the class and I can catch my breath!

alle beoordelingen weergevenInstructor was super nice, very informative and helpful. Overall the class was very fast paced and not what I would consider to be “beginner”. Luckily I had Pilates training that helped me get through the class.

I am glad that I did the beginner class- even though I danced ballet as a teenager and in college it was a great refresh. I’m purchasing a foot stretcher and ballet barre to also continue my practice at home!
