The setting felt like I was outdoors with a big tree in a sound bath. Harry, the instructor, was a calming voice too. It sounds like the studio is temporarily between locations right now but I would like this book store setting again.

All I had to do was sign in, buy grip socks (you can bring your own! I just didn’t own any), and walk into the lesson! :)

Once you get over the beginning scares, you’ll have fun in no time :) Instructor started class without checking everyone in- which confused me, but I was also fine with that! Everyone got into a spot and started mirroring the instructor’s movements. It was definitely a class for me to get out of my comfort bubble and sweat!
