Every class I’ve gone to has been amazing and challenged me and the environment feels so welcoming all thanks to each and every instructor. Personally for Sculpt classes I would recommend Avery and Jackie’s classes and for Flow I highly recommend Nicole and Lily. This is my go to place and they never run out of good ideas for their themed classes as well!!☺️

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class and studio. We did most of the classical sequence. Loved the small class size and relaxed, fun vibe of the instructor. The space was cozy, and the temperature perfect (not too warm or cold). I could see myself becoming a regular.
