Our ice bath equipment meets the latest hygiene standards for commercial use of ice bath facilities - as a first in Amsterdam. Ice baths sessions are private, water renews after each use, and cleanliness is maintained at all times.
Beperkte capaciteit
A maximum of 2 red light devices are at use at any given time. Ice bath bookings can accomodate two people. Should you wish for a group booking please let our friendly team know, we will be happy to accomodate your request.
