Veiligheidsrichtlijnen worden aangeboden door The Motion Room en zijn voor het laatst bijgewerkt op 16-1-23.

We require all members to wear masks while in-club. You may remove your mask only when exercising in your workout pod.

Extra desinfectie

Hand Washing: Please wash your hands (up to your elbows) for at LEAST 20 seconds BEFORE and AFTER your workout.

Beperkte capaciteit

Our new workout pods are individual spaces 8ft/8ft spaces complete with all the equipment you’ll need for your workout. There is also an additional pod in-between your pod and your neighbour so there’s always at least 2 metres between you no matter where you are in your pod.
