I recently took a class here, and I was blown away by the perfect balance of spin cycling, HIIT with battle ropes and kettlebells, and a calming yoga session to wrap it all up. It was my first time doing a workout like this, and Miranda made me feel so welcome and supported throughout the entire experience. Her kindness and encouragement helped me push through and really enjoy the workout. The classmates were super friendly and created such a positive environment, which made the experience even better. I also loved how easy it was to dial up or down the intensity for each part of the workout. This made it accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level, so no one was left behind. The studio is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe, with upbeat music and a friendly community atmosphere. I picked it up pretty quickly but there were several other newbies in our class and Beth did an amazing job moving between all of us to make sure we were understanding all the instructions. She was very kind and stayed after class for a few minutes to talk with me about my goals and help me finish my paperwork. The class itself was also great. I enjoyed the exercises and definitely will be returning. It was a perfect class for a beginner but also would be great for someone with a little more experience as well. I’m in pretty good shape but still found it to be a good workout and I was a little sore for a few days after!!
