She asked what areas I wanted to focus on and really targeted them with care and expertise. Not only did she make sure to address my concerns, but she also got me out right on time so I wouldn’t be late for work—so thoughtful and professional! Their scheduling is entirely still on paper. Just because you see an open time on the schedule in the ClassPass app does NOT mean that time is available or that you have booked it when you book it though ClassPass. You are not on their schedule and therefore do not have a reservation at all until you've called.
