The staff were warm and welcoming, and the other students were kind and inclusive. The 2 hour master class I attended was challenging, incorporating both Bikram and Ashtanga poses and transitions. Anthony was a warm instructor and I very much enjoyed my time here. if I wasn't from out of town visiting, I'd definitely return.

I attended the 5:30 AM session and it was a juicy workout from start to finish—sweating like crazy but feeling great. I had no mid-day crash, just energy all day. The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

I looked it up on TikTok what it meant and immediately booked a sound bath class and it was here. The instructor even said that she felt the heaviness with each one of us in the room, but it immediately was washed away. All I can say is this is the class we have to human being take time for ourselves. It’s imperative to meditate and have solutions of healing from within. You will be blown away by the beauty of this place the gentleness of the instructor. And just the piece that you will have after you leave their space.

I am a self proclaimed cardio junkie and this class was everything I hoped it would be…fast and challenging. I loved the 50-40-30 intervals and the 55 seconds to switch stations was perfect so my heart rate didn’t plummet too much and I had time for water and to get set up. I burned almost 400 kcals with the warm up and cool down and hit a max of 188 bpm. My avg was 138. I was paired with two other ladies who were fun and enthusiastic.

It was painful in the kind of way I needed but she did check with me several times to make sure the pressure was okay. I have never had someone get as deep as she.
