This class was less hot compared to candle lit but not sure if that was intentional or due to fewer people in class today. The way the instructor does the class is different from the other instructor too. In this class I think we held the poses longer and the music was different. The music is top notch, the machines are brand new, and the studio if very clean. If you are looking to get hooked to Pilates, this was the class that did it for me and now I can’t imagine what life was like before it. If you get into the right breathing, mindset, and set a good intention, you can feel so accomplished after the class, it’s therapy. Not to mention, Karen is my fav, she always makes me feel like I am at a Keinemusik concert just with a Pilates reformer. She brings great energy and leaves you starting your day off right.
