    Yoga & Pilates Fusion

    It was a great class. Selina was a good instructor. I feel I worked muscles I never knew existed 😅. The class is barefoot and with no air conditioner on these very hot days, it was difficult to stay in place. I think it would be helpful to wear the gripping socks
