It was just the right amount of intensity where I felt challenged, accomplished and ready to start my day on a positive high. Nicky is so kind, positive, and most importantly, a knowledgeable instructor. She corrected my form a couple of times on exercises that I now realize I had been doing wrong for years! It’s so important to have an instructor who pays attention to the details. Thank you Nicky! You rock!

The 30/30 split felt great as I was able to get cardio and strength at the same time. Both were definitely challenging! The space is so clean, staff is super friendly and the treadmills are really great quality — not like your typical treadmill at the gym. I don’t think there’s anywhere in North Jersey like Juma!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was so cool! I had CJ! Small gym but feels comfortable!! I loved how they have actual gym equipment and not just dumbbells. It was my first time and I used a squat rack and many machines I haven’t been exposed to. CJ explains how to do the exercises and educated you on how to use the machines which was super helpful & one of the reasons I wanted to do his lower body class!! You get your moneys worth and do the exercises straight through for 1 hour!! Insane! Great first experience!

The Sunday 9a class (think it’s called Floor & Core) rocks and ticks every box: kick-arse workout of every muscle group plus cardio and abs, adjustible to every fitness level, plus the best part: Lisa is so knowledgeable and motivational. She tells you all the benefits of each exercise while you’re doing them, and where you’re supposed to be “feeling the burn.” will adjust you if needed. Just the greatest mix.
