I would suggested learning out to take the shoes off the pedals before getting on. I almost took the bike with me because I didn’t know how to get my feet off lol other than that it was good!

alle beoordelingen weergevenHighly recommend this class! I have a hard time going to a gym and lifting and creating my own circuit work out, it intimidates me. This class makes it so much easier. The personalized feedback, small group session makes it fun and comfortable! We did one 10 exercise circuit 4x, has all equipment and even a treadmill! I'll be back!
