The studio is spacious with lots of natural light coming in from the sunroof (lovely bonus). It is quite a drive from where I live so I might try out the Medford branch next time.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMary Kate was awesome! I love how much balance and resistance is involved in the class. We also used weights and focused a lot on legs and core on the mat. I loved this class! Also special thank you to Michele who came up and introduced herself and checked in to see how me and my friend liked the class. I will have to take her kickboxing and cardio soon!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved the space in the studio. The instructor was awesome! She also has a bomb playlist. Easy to catch on. First time going to her class! Would definitely go again if it was a different time. But loved it so much and I feel so great after that workout!
