alle beoordelingen weergevenI did the sunrise yoga. I have not done yoga in a few years, but the class was designed so I could go at my own pace and modify moves, or rest, if I needed to. The instructor was very friendly and moved around the room to demonstrate poses depending on which wall we were facing. The lighting in the studio was dimmed and there was a soft, welcoming glow coming from the various salt lamps in the fireplace. I was surprised at the amenities: besides the usual blocks, straps, blankets, and other yoga helpful items, there was coffee, tea, water, and candy. I left sweaty but feeling AMAZING and ready to start the day.

Cardio is my weakest and least favorite workout and this studio keeps me coming back for more. You’ll feel like you’re having the time of your life in a Miami dance club instead of in a workout.
