She was clear and had incredible energy, she created a safe and supportive environment for people of all levels. The class was smooth, lovely and effective. I’ll definitely be back for another class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenOk i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! I was sweating and smiling the whole time during the dance section. Love love love. will absolutely be returning !!!!

I learned more about where my strengths and weaknesses are and what I’m good at, as well as what I can improve on. Karen was a lovely instructor and we even laughed at times. Would definitely take this class again AND recommend it to others ❤️

I really enjoyed learning all different things like how to do Handstands (both with and without the wall), walking on the wall into a bridge, and Cartwheels (first time learning how to do it properly)! Lo walked us step by step for the shoulder roll, which actually super helpful to prepare for the Floorwork Dance choreography class I took afterwards 🙏🏼 Thank You Lo, I hope my schedule allows me to go to more acrobatics class!

Loved the words of wisdom and centering before class starts, and the focus on proper alignment in the postures. I left physically exhausted, but mentally rested and that’s a win in my book

alle beoordelingen weergevenI cannot recommend this class ENOUGH! It was a smaller class size which allowed the instructor to be super attentive to technique and any adjustments/modifications. Luna did a great job with feedback, answering any form questions and showing examples and talking through the correct technique. The class is open to all levels, and Luna gave options for beginners and modifications for an intermediate/advanced level. I will ABSOLUTELY be back, as this is exactly what I wanted in a reformer pilates class and cannot stop telling everyone I know to take this class!!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenMy first class was so amazing I had to write a review! I’ve been doing Pilates for 15 years and this class was in the top 3. The class size is small so that the teacher can make sure you’re doing everything correctly. Claudia explained everything in a way that made complete sense to ensure you were doing the movements in the best posture and form. The reformers are also different heights so you’re not constantly bumping your neighbor. Looking forward to my next class!
