alle beoordelingen weergevenOk i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! I was sweating and smiling the whole time during the dance section. Love love love. will absolutely be returning !!!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenAndie has such a welcoming, supportive and fun presence- it was a fun class, nice to change up the typical structured yoga class with dance breaks! Music was a nice mix of pop & hip hop, there a voluntary twerk dance breaks too 😜. I love the sound system at the studio and that Andie dimmed the lights for some portions of the class, that helped us let loose l & allowed us to dance more freely 💃🏻🥰!
