She gives clear instruction and never overwhelms us with too many movements to remember. Her workouts are challenging and easily modifiable. Jordan is by far our favorite instructor at Body High!

Low lighting was fun. Started sweating heavily 5 mins in. Leg weights and resistance bands provided. Locker rooms were stocked with hair and skin products, each locker has USB outlet. Bathroom stocked with deodorant and toiletries. Overall:Will return for easier class lol
