Her cues are always detailed and she’s amazing with form adjustments. She was so helpful and patient with new comers to the studio - always great energy. I missed her & her classes so much!!! Instructor was great at giving cues for proper form and offering modifications, and overall motivating the class. LOVED it and will be back!
