One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

She made me feel extremely welcome and I can’t wait to go back and bring friends. Everything was immaculate and she explained what they sell, but wasn’t pushy at all. The sauna was so cool. I love that they have a little TV in there. The floating pool was such a cool experience. I like that there are different settings, depending on how much light you’re comfortable with.
