She gave me some tips on working out safely as to not stress my muscles and how to prepare for massages and relieve tension in my body. Felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are super accommodating and attentive, offering tea, water, coffee as soon as you enter. There was no intimidating upsetting or anything of that sort. Super clean, lovely and relaxing space. Truly a 5 star establishment. I’m so impressed by Karen, especially & I’ll definitely be back.

They were running very behind schedule and my facial was about a half hour late, but my hair stylist was very apologetic and gave me a complimentary deep conditioning treatment while I waited.
