No difficult poses, just luxurious stretches and mindful breathing. The instructor, Amanda, provided demonstrations of every move with modifications for those who needed it. She was helpful, kind, and mindful of different levels in the room. The environment was very clean, well maintained, and relaxing. 10/10 would attend again!

She took care of all that. I could move with ease after the massage. Very effective and extremely professional. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
