Unlike some of the reformer classes with other instructors here where the movements were too harsh on the muscles and pace were too fast. My body felt so calm and relaxed and the pain in my muscles got relieved after the class with Kru Lek. She also walked around the class to see if everyone’s postures were correct. Will definitely book classes with Kru Lek again.
