I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

I’m still recovering from a twisted ankle that’s been sore for almost two weeks, and she was so thoughtful about making sure I could still participate and feel comfortable. She came up with modifications on the spot, gave me multiple options, and checked in in a way that made me feel really supported rather than limited by my injury. I’m just starting to regain confidence in my body after not being able to work out for a while, and her approach honestly meant a lot. I never felt out of place or like I shouldn’t be there. She made me feel included, capable, and cared for throughout the class. Such a kind, attentive instructor and exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Thank you Ann! 💛

I enjoyed a relaxing soak followed by a 30-minute massage with Mariela, and then had a Russian manicure with Amy. She was incredibly detailed, gentle, and made sure my nails looked absolutely perfect. The entire experience felt luxurious and relaxing, and the service was amazing from beginning to end.
