It's always a treat to attend a yoga class with someone who genuinely cares about her students and is so intentional about what she shares and teaches. Hannah is very attuned to each student's needs and is able to accommodate whatever energy they bring into the room. She is intuitive, understanding, and offers pose corrections with grace and kindness. i also appreciate how consistently she reminds us to breathe and models that throughout the practice. Not every yoga teacher does this, but I find it important and grounding. Hannah is kind, generous with her time, and is a warm person to be around. Whenever we do something challenging, she is right there encouraging us with motivation and affirmation. This is a great class for all levels and definitely recommend

Really good I would say with the lobster Pokey bomb though eat it right away because it can get really soggy if you hold onto it for a long period of time unless you’re putting it in your deep fryer or or air fryer. I’ve had some really serious tightness and pain in my hips for a long time now in addition to chronic mid back pain and tension in my stomach due to an ectopic pregnancy surgery and PCOS. I paid for acupuncture and a massage but he also cupped my back. He was patient, thorough, considerate and made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable with him. I haven’t felt this much relief in my body for a long time. He also has very reasonable pricing. Will certainly be back. Don’t sleep on it.
