I had class with Shae-Lynn and she was SOO challenging and so fun! I love her voice, it’s so soothing I forgot I was even stressed earlier. Left feeling refreshed, will definitely be back !!!

The poses were hard but I always felt guided and supported through clear postural cues. The eucalyptus towel at the end was a lovely surprise. The space is gorgeous with lots of candles and greenery

My only thought is that a little more silence during the class might make it even more relaxing. At times I find it a bit difficult to fully unwind with continuous talking. Still, I really enjoy her classes and always look forward to them.
