alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was great. Checkin was easy and love that they have a good assortment of weights to use. Vanessa took us through a variety of exercises for upper,lower,core and compound movements. Music was great and loved the low lighting. My only constructive criticism would be to demo a bit more about how to set up safely for the exercises (grounded feet, slight tuck to pelvis and ribs and engaged core) As someone who has done some training this is all automatic for me but it may not be for beginners. I loved this class and it will be part of my normal routine. Thanks Vanessa! ✨✨
