They don’t over crowd the room, they offer you towel service and to top it off, at the end of class they give you a cold tea tree towel (the perfect touch). Definitely will be going to this location only moving forward.

Sometimes wish the lighting was a little cozier like other Oxygen candlelit rooms, but still one of my favorite classes/instructors!!

Give yourself some extra time before and after class because my class started a little earlier than scheduled with stretching, and ended a little later with cooldown and “bonus” challenges. Super humbling but appropriately challenging class.
